Skate in style in Roppongi — KOSÉ MIDTOWN ICE RINK

Tokyo Midtown's ice rink is a popular winter destination in Tokyo’s Roppongi area, located at the Grass Square area behind Midtown’s commercial complex.

In collaboration with beauty brand and sponsor KOSÉ for extra glitz and glamor, an ice crystal visual design envelops the outdoor ice stage. The rink opens throughout the day, so skate to your heart’s content in full view of Roppongi’s rising skyscrapers and urban green. Come evening, festive illuminations further enhance the overall experience. Outside the public hours from 9am–10:30am; 9:30pm–10:30pm, book a private skating experience for an even more memorable experience. Afterwards, why not enjoy the rest of Roppongi’s shopping, eating and entertainment venues?

Runs until February 24th 2025. Open 11:00–21:00.

Get a fresh perspective of TOKYO SKYTREE — TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN Ice Skating Park

As one of the capital’s symbols, a trip to TOKYO SKYTREE, in Sumida City, already makes for an iconic day out. Come winter, give yourself another reason to visit with the TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN Ice Skating Park, at TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN’s 4th-floor Sky Arena. Enjoy skating over real ice under the shadow of one of Tokyo’s top landmarks—the 634m-tall TOKYO SKYTREE—and, come evening, enjoy the enchanting atmosphere from the warm glow of surrounding nighttime lights. On weekends and holidays at midday, keep an eye out for Sorakara-chan—TOKYO SKYTREE’s official character—who will be greeting skaters on the rink.

A special combination ticket—the SKYTREE Enjoy Pack—includes admission to both the ice rink and the SKYTREE’s Tembo Deck (observation decks) for savings up to 1,450 yen each.

Runs until Feb 28th 2025. Open 11:00–20:00 (21:00 on Fri/weekends)
