Why not enjoy views of Tokyo from 202 meters above the ground? Volunteer guides offer tours in the English, Korean, and Chinese languages for individual travelers from abroad.

Monday-Sunday and Holidays 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (no tours offered when the South Observatory is closed, on Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building inspection days, and during the year end/New Year Holidays)

Note: Korean and Chinese speaking guides can provide tours of the Metropolitan Government Buildings, in addition to the Observation Deck.
