The Marunouchi Illuminations is a winter institution, and it's happening again this year. The area around Marunouchi's main street, Marunouchi Naka-dori, will be decorated with champagne gold LEDs. During certain periods, the illuminations will also cover part of Gyoko-dori Street connecting Tokyo Station to the Outer Gardens of the Imperial Palace. Enjoy winter scenery unique to Tokyo.
In the period leading up to Christmas, "Marunouchi Street Park 2026 Winter" will be held on Marunouchi Naka-dori and Gyoko-dori. Gyoko-dori will feature a "Harry Potter"-themed Christmas tree, as well as mountain hut-styled shops serving classic Christmas dishes. Marunouchi Naka-dori will have a Christmas market and food trucks.
