During the event, colorful bamboo displays adorn the area stretching from the south exit of JR Asagaya Station, through the Pearl Center Shopping Street, all the way to the Ome Kaido entrance. There are also inventive papier-mache ornaments, decorative banners, and streamers. The wide variety of booths and stalls attracts a lively crowd to this event each year.
