The Marunouchi Illumination is a winter institution, and it's happening again this year. The area around Marunouchi's main street, Marunouchi Naka-dori, will be decorated with champagne gold LEDs. During certain periods, the illuminations will also cover part of Gyoko-dori Street connecting Tokyo Station to the Outer Gardens of the Imperial Palace. Enjoy winter scenery unique to Tokyo.
In the period leading up to Christmas, "Marunouchi Street Park 2025 Winter" will be held on Marunouchi Naka-dori and Gyoko-dori. Marunouchi Naka-dori will have a market and food trucks, while Gyoko-dori will have its first-ever Christmas tree—and mountain hut-styled shops will serve classic Christmas dishes. Moreover, as part of ongoing environmental efforts, recyclable energy generated through natural energy power generation is used for the Marunouchi Illuminations.
