5F Koizumi Building, 4-3-13 Ginza, Chuo City, Tokyo

Your current location:

Experience authentic Japanese culture

Immerse yourself in the traditional spirit of Japan passed down over generations with HiSUi TOKYO Japanese cultural experiences. Enjoy a wide range of activities, such as Sado (Japanese tea ceremony), Shodo (calligraphy), Waso (kimono dressing), Batto (samurai swordsmanship), Kado (flower arrangement), Nihon Buyo (Japanese dance), and more.

In the Sado experience, you can learn how to properly appreciate tea and snacks in a traditional tea room, and experience one-of-a-kind Japanese hospitality with a seasonal sensibility.
During the Shodo experience, you can learn how to hold the brush, practice writing your chosen character, and then inscribe it elegantly on a “shikishi” board. The final product makes the perfect souvenir to bring back home with you.
For the Waso experience, women can wear a kimono and hair set, while men can try wearing a traditional hakama garment.
And in the Batto experience, you can wear a hakama as you learn how to behave like a samurai and handle a sword. You can even get a photo of yourself holding the sword for a thrilling memory that you’re sure to never forget.

You can choose any one of these experiences or a combination, such as “Waso and Sado.”
