2-770 Sawai, Ome City, Tokyo
Your current location:
Make a reservation for a tour of the Ozawa Shuzo sake brewery and see how it makes and ferments the uniquely Japanese alcoholic beverage. The genroku-gura (warehouse) used for storage was built when the brewery was first established in the Genroku era, and this earthen-walled warehouse is a historically valuable building. Pure water used to prepare sawanoi (sake) springs up in the well at the back of the storehouse. The brewery tours are held twice a day at 11:00 and 13:00 on weekdays, and three times a day at 11:00, 12:30 and 14:00 on weekends and holidays. Details can be found on the official website.
