Your current location:
Make a reservation for a free tour of the Ozawa Shuzo sake brewery and see how it makes and ferments the uniquely Japanese alcoholic beverage. The genroku-gura (warehouse) used for storage was built when the brewery was first established in Genroku era, and this earthen-walled warehouse is an historically valuable building. Pure water used to prepare sawanoi (sake) springs up in the well at the back of the storehouse. The 30-minute tours are held twice a day at 13:00 and 14:00, with an additional 12:00 tour on weekends and holidays. Details can be found on the official website.
