A boat carrying a "sound sculpture" played by the wind slowly glides across the surface of the Meguro River. Along the riverbanks, sound installations and visual projections illuminate the night, while live music performances by artists unfold at the park near the river mouth. Set against the backdrop of the Meguro River on summer nights, "Meguro River Night Ambience" is an art project dedicated to listening to the sounds of the city and nature.

Note: This event is sponsored by the Tokyo Nightlife Tourism Grant, a program run jointly by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Convention and Visitors Bureau.
