In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), various facilities around Tokyo may change their operating days or hours. In addition, some events may be canceled or postponed. Please check official facility or event websites for the latest updates and information.

Shinjuku Terrace City is the collective name for the shopping facilities around the Odakyu Line side of Shinjuku Station. This "town" covers Odakyu HALC outside the West Exit all the way to Shinjuku Southern Terrace. Shinjuku Terrace City's holiday lights display will return in 2019 for the 14th year. This time, the theme is "Be connected!" An abundance of lights and photo spots will be set up, representing the variety of people living in, studying in and visiting Shinjuku. Colors will also play a key role in this year's illumination, with different areas of Shinjuku Terrace City lit up with flowers in five different colors.
