At an elevation of 500 meters, Mt. Takao Beer Mount is the highest beer garden in Tokyo. In the afternoon you can look down at the skyscrapers, while at night you can turn your gaze up to the stars. There are terrace seats with expansive views, garden seats in a woodland setting, and hall seats situated indoors. Each location offers a very different atmosphere.
Beer Mount has an all-you-can-drink, all-you-can-eat system. The drink menu includes draft beer from Japan's four major breweries—Asahi, Kirin, Suntory, and Sapporo—as well as wine, sake, shochu, highballs, sours, and other cocktails. For non-drinkers, non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks are available. The food is buffet-style, with an assortment of at least 30 items at all times. You'll find Hachioji ramen, Hachioji Napolitan ketchup spaghetti, salad made from fresh Hachioji vegetables, stone-oven baked pizza, gyoza, fruitcake, and more. With such a broad selection, you're sure to find something the whole family can enjoy.
