The Jindai Botanical Garden is the largest garden in Tokyo and the surrounding region, and it has received an Award of Excellence from the World Federation of Rose Societies (WFRS). Its spectacular rose garden features approximately 5,200 rosebushes representing around 400 different varieties.
In this garden you can see a stunning collection of treasured roses, including the garden's namesake, the "Queen of Jindai." There is also a large collection of plants and original rose breeds that have been carefully cultivated at the garden since its founding.
The Spring Rose Festival is held at the best time of year to see the roses. Many events are held during this lively festival. Stop by and enjoy the perfect combination of warm weather, sunshine, and colorful roses.
