Hasegawa Machiko Art Museum 長谷川町子美術館

1-30-6 Sakura-shimmachi, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo

This art museum is the birthplace of nationally-famous comic strip Sazae-san, drawn by cartoonist Machiko Hasegawa. Besides over 700 works of arts that Hasegawa collected—including Japanese paintings, Western paintings, glass, ceramics, and carvings—you will also see ceramics and watercolors that she created in her free time.
