Koan-ji Temple 高安寺

2-4-1 Katamachi, Fuchu-shi, Tokyo

Known most recently as Koan-ji, this historic temple dating back to the 14th century has been known by multiple names. It is most worth a visit for the architecturally striking two-storied gate flanked on either side by skillfully carved Nio guardians.
