Ichiyo Memorial Museum 台東区立一葉記念館

Operated by Taito Ward, Ichiyo Memorial Museum—a literary museum commemorating female Meiji-period novelist Ichiyo Higuchi—opened in 1961 to the north of Asakusa. The museum holds and displays literary treasures such as Ichiyo Higuchi’s handwritten poems, novel drafts, letters, and more.
