Omori Nori Museum 大森 海苔のふるさと館

Explore the history of Ota City's seaweed production at the Omori Nori Museum. Here, you can see ships and tools used for gathering seaweed in the Showa period (1926-1989). Take the kids and learn how to make seaweed—pre-reservations are required for the hands-on experience. Afterwards, visit the nearby Omori Furusato-no-Hamabe Park and take a walk along Tokyo's first manmade beach.
