The Toyo Bunko Museum is Japan's oldest and largest research library dedicated to Oriental studies and is one of the world's five major libraries of its kind. It holds one million books, including five national treasures and seven important cultural properties, and a portion of these can be viewed in the museum. Afterward, take a stroll through the Rikugien Gardens just across the road.
