Tama Reien Cemetery 多磨霊園

4-628 Tama-cho, Fuchu-shi, Tokyo

The largest municipal cemetery in Japan is also one of the largest green areas in Tokyo. While a cemetery will always carry a slightly somber atmosphere, the area lights up every spring when the 1,050 cherry trees burst into life. Take some time out of your trip for some quiet introspection.

How to Get There

  • Tama Sta. | 5 mins on foot
    Seibu Tamagawa Line
