In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), various facilities around Tokyo may change their operating days or hours. In addition, some events may be canceled or postponed. Please check official facility or event websites for the latest updates and information.
To the west of Tokyo, Akishima's Yuranosato Hot Spring is a day spa designed for ultimate relaxation. A variety of indoor tubs include massaging jet baths and a unique carbonated pool that purportedly soothes a host of ailments. The spa also features two saunas and a bedrock bath where you lie on warm stone slabs. Relax even further with services like exfoliation and massage. After your bath, head to the spa's eatery for a bowl of ramen made with homemade noodles. Free Wi-Fi is available.
