Ishibunebashi Bridge spans 315 feet across the Akigawa River in the Chichibu-Tama-Kai National Park. Have your camera ready; the gorgeous view of the Akigawa Valley from the bridge is rightly famous. Visit between mid-November and early December for a breathtaking display of autumn color. At the end of the bridge, reward your travels with a soak at Akigawa Keikoku Seoto-no-Yu, an elegant hot spring spa just a five-minute walk away.
