In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), various facilities around Tokyo may change their operating days or hours. In addition, some events may be canceled or postponed. Please check official facility or event websites for the latest updates and information.
Adjacent to Telecom Center Station in the bayside area of Odaiba is the Telecom Center Building Observatory. One of the best places to view the scenic lights of Odiaba and wider Tokyo, the observatory is hard to miss as the building looks similar to France's Toit de la Grande Arche.
Head to the Telecom Center Building's 21st floor to reach the observation deck. From this vantage point you can see Odaiba's Rainbow Bridge and Ferris wheel, as well as the Fuji Television Building, Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower, all set to a backdrop of the glittering lights of Tokyo city.
Note: The facility is currently closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The reopening date has not yet been decided.
