In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), various facilities around Tokyo may change their operating days or hours. In addition, some events may be canceled or postponed. Please check official facility or event websites for the latest updates and information.
"Buy one, get one free" is essentially the motto at Shin-Bungeiza. As a popular movie theater, Shin-Bungeiza offers a wide range of movies, including new and old Western and Japanese films. Its large 264-seat theater with comfortable chairs charms viewers, but the most attractive feature is probably that visitors can watch two movies in a row for the price of one.
If you're in for a movie marathon, go to Shin-Bungeiza on Saturdays, when movies are shown all night, from 22:00. to around 6:00 the next day. Grab your popcorn, sit back, and enjoy.
General admission: 1350 yen
Varies per exhibition or screening
