Reaching for the stars in Hachioji

Konica Minolta is a name commonly associated with cameras and office equipment, but the company also supplies the lenses and domes for Japan's planetariums. The dome at the Konica Minolta Science Dome in Hachijoji is no exception.

Dedicated to all things cosmos, visit this planetarium to experience space from the comfort of western Tokyo. Different programs run daily, with the venue's crystal-clear, HD projectors enabling visitors to learn about the wonders of the galaxy, and more.

The Konica Minolta Science Dome is housed at the Hachioji Science Center. This complex contains a wide range of interactive space and science-themed exhibits that can be seen over a full morning or afternoon.
