Perfect conditions 365 days a year
Soar from the first basement floor to the 60th floor in just 35 seconds on the "Shining Elevator." 251 meters above sea level, the observatory at the top offers expansive 360-degree panoramic views. Sunshine 60's Tenbou-Park Observatory was designed to be a new kind of observation deck: an indoor garden in the sky, with perfect conditions 365 days a year. It's a relaxing spot you'll want to visit again.
On clear days, you can see Mt. Tsukuba, the Nikko mountain range, and even Mt. Fuji towering behind the Tanzawa mountains. Nighttime offers a completely different view: neon lights glowing in the darkness and the bright shining skyscrapers of Shinjuku.
The event space hosts a variety of content, from art exhibitions to events for popular characters.
Visitors can enjoy special seasonal décor, sweets and beverages, featuring cherry blossoms in spring or red leaves in fall, and experience the four seasons from inside the observatory.
