The Ajinomoto Stadium is best known as the home ground of J. League soccer teams FC Tokyo and Tokyo Verdy. You can purchase tickets to their games in English via their global ticketing site.

The stadium is located one hour from central Tokyo in the western Chofu area, also home to the Japan Aerospace and Exploration Agency, the country's equivalent of NASA. The Ajinomoto Stadium prides itself on being especially green, and you will notice most of its roof is made up of solar panels. With around 48,000 seats, it is a multi-purpose arena that stages a variety of events, from concerts to test drives and flea markets.
