In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), various facilities around Tokyo may change their operating days or hours. In addition, some events may be canceled or postponed. Please check official facility or event websites for the latest updates and information.
Sitting a 30-second stroll from Harajuku Station's Takeshita Gate is the Harajuku Tourist Information Center, a busy information hub filled with multilingual pamphlets and guides to help you navigate your way around the city. A one-stop shop for all your Tokyo tourist needs, here you can rent pocket Wi-Fi routers, exchange foreign currency, and purchase discount travel tickets. A prayer room is also available for use.
For a more local perspective on the city, speak to the multilingual staff, all of who are more than happy to offer tips on what to see and do.
For updated information on opening hours, closings, prices, and more, please check the official website or ask the facility directly.
