Inagi City has plenty of locations where you can enjoy bicycling. These include Tamagawa Cycling Road and Minami-Tama-One Trunk Road, which attract cyclists from both in- and outside the city. The ONEKAN-fighters INAGI PEDALLION is the Inagi City mascot that symbolizes and promotes Inagi City, the town of bicycles.
The mascot was designed by Kunio Okawara, a mechanic designer living in Inagi City.
The monument is placed in the Inagi Chuo Park along the Minami-Tama-One Trunk Road, the Meccah for the cyclists.
