Born in Tadanobaba on April 7, 2003, Mighty Atom is being commemorated with sweet buns featuring the motif of Atom and Uran at Aoyagi, a Japanese confectionery in Takadanobaba. These delicious treats are produced and sold under TEZUKA PRODUCTIONS license. A Mighty Atom signboard welcomes guests entering the store. Mighty Atom author and illustrator, Osamu Tezuka, had his office near Aoyagi and he often purchased cakes there.
