Higashikurume City built the statues to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its establishment!

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Higashikurume City, the city and Higashikurume City Society of Commerce and Industry built bronze statues of Black Jack & Pinoko in front of Higashi-Kurume Station. They hope that the figures cheer for healthcare workers and people in need of medical attention during the COVID-19 pandemic.
