Kanda Shrine (Love Live!, etc.) 神田明神(ラブライブ!等)

Kanda Shrine ("Kanda Myoujin"), the site of Edo's Three Major Festivals, was a key setting featured in the Love Live! anime.

Located near Akihabara, Kanda Shrine is famous for its use as a setting in anime including Love Live! and Steins;Gate, both of which feature in the “Anime Tourism Seichi 88-sen” list of 88 settings throughout Japan featured in anime works. In recent years, the shrine has collaborated with anime such as SAO and Is the Order a Rabbit? to issue collaborative charms and votive pictures (ema).

Additionally, the Kanda Myoujin Shrine Museum has hosted exhibitions in collaboration with anime such as Steins;Gate, Hamtaro, and Kengan Ashura, as well as with illustrators and manga artists including Masami Esaka, Seisaku Kano, Nakibokuro, and Mel Kishida.
