Adachi City’s annual summer fireworks show and the character Byubo from the Beautiful Windows Movement decorate this custom-designed manhole cover. In addition to fireworks, other manholes throughout Adachi City feature Sekiya Village, Adachi Market, Tokyo Budo-kan, Shobunuma Park, Gotanno Pedestrian Mall, and Nishiarai Daishi temple.
