The Tokyo Photographic Art Museum is Japan’s first museum specializing in photographic art. Located just minutes from Ebisu Station, it is home to a permanent collection of over 35,000 photographic works. Over 20 different exhibitions, including works by both Japanese and international artists, are held yearly at the museum across its three exhibition galleries. The Yebisu International Festival for Art & Alternative Visions is held in part at the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum. The museum is also home to a movie theater.
