8-3 Mizumoto-koen, Katsushika City, Tokyo

Your current location:

This facility contains a water purification plant, which works to restore the water in the Koaidame flood control basin to the same pristine condition it had in around 1950. In the showroom, staff are on hand to talk about the natural surroundings. Wild kingfishers live nearby, and it's possible to see them on almost any day of the year. The showroom also displays information about the water purification system and the history of the area, as well as the fish and turtles that live in Mizumoto Park.
