Ozashiki Odori is a traditional performing art which originated in the Edo period, where geisha, in unique makeup and breathtakingly beautiful costumes, entertain guests by performing dances and games at traditional restaurants and teahouses. It is characterized by graceful, refined movements performed to the accompaniment of shamisen and taiko drums.

Enjoying traditional parlor games with geisha after the performance is a special experience unique to Asakusa. Please come and experience the authentic, vibrant Japanese culture brimming with hospitality.
