This charming museum is located in what was once the home of Chihiro Isawaki, a famous Japanese artist and children's book illustrator. In addition to displaying rotating exhibits of Chihiro's trademark watercolor works, the Chihiro Art Museum of Tokyo also features art created by picture book illustrators from around the world.
Besides the exhibits you will also find a recreation of her atelier, a library with over 3,000 colorful children's books and a picture book-inspired cafe.
