Hanegi Park is a popular recreational hub, and the racetrack and tennis courts are often full of runners and tennis players. Dogs and their walkers crowd the grassy areas, so the park is a great spot for some serious dogwatching.

If you are visiting between January and March, you can catch the plum trees in bloom—over 650 of them.
