Tokyo Arts and Space Hongo is an arts center devoted to creating and promoting new art and culture.. It nurtures emerging and mid-career artists and serves as a cultural nexus between Japan and the world.

"TOKAS Creator-in-Residence Exhibition" showcases the work participants in the residency program have created during their residencies. "ACT" is focused on artists who have experience in the TOKAS program, and the "TOKAS Project" is a cooperative effort with other art centers around the world. Other programs include exhibition programs targeted at young artists, and open-entry programs across various genres.
