Stunning art collections breathe new life into a historic commuter hub

You can find this art gallery amid the iconic Tokyo Station. Central to Tokyo's massive railway system, the century-old station is a great venue to instill an awareness of art and culture. And so, the Tokyo Station Gallery opened 30 years ago as a way to dynamically bring art exposure to the masses. The resourcefulness of urban planning is sometimes Tokyo's greatest spectacle.

There are roughly five different exhibitions a year for you to catch. Exhibitions feature a broad range of topics and mediums, often focused on modern art. Tokyo Station Gallery operates on a strong philosophy of joining people together across all walks of life. The art gallery is located within the Marunouchi station building, just outside the North Exit.
