Tokyo Metropolitan Tourism Chrysanthemum Exhibition 東京都観光菊花大会

Grass Field, Hibiya Park, 1-6 Hibiya-koen, Chiyoda City, Tokyo
2018-11-1 - 2018-11-23

Every autumn, chrysanthemum displays are held all across Japan. If you'd like to visit one, this is a fantastic choice. Held since 1915, the Tokyo Metropolitan Tourism Chrysanthemum Exhibition is considered the nationwide leader in both quality and quantity, which is why it attracts people from Tokyo and beyond.

The show features around 1,200 exhibitions showcasing different kinds of chrysanthemums—ogiku, edogiku, domed, osugi-style, cushion-style and more. Additionally, you'll see bonsai (miniature trees), including those arranged in the cascading kengai style, as well as daruma and fukusuke flowers. If you're interested in growing chrysanthemums, the event will also have lectures on cultivation, and seedlings for sale.
