14,000 fireworks are launched during the Edogawa City Fireworks Festival. 2025’s event will corresponding background music that will play as beautiful fireworks light up the night sky. The event features a signature opening act, where a thousand fireworks explode in five seconds; a spectacular vision of Mt. Fuji—the largest of its kind in Japan; climaxing with a surge of fireworks known as the Golden Weeping Willow. To celebrate the event's 50th year, the festival's famous Mt. Fuji display will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the "tallest firework mountain."
The festival has also solicited ideas for firework displays. The most creative concepts selected by Sohke Hanabi Kagiya, a fireworks company that produces the event, will be launched.

  • Shinozaki Station | 15 mins on foot
    Toei Shinjuku Line
  • Koiwa Station | Edogawa Station |25 mins on foot
    JR Sobu Line | Keisei Line
  • Mizue Station | 45 mins on foot
    Toei Shinjuku Line
    Note: Shinozaki Station and Koiwa Station are expected to become extremely congested, so please use Edogawa Station or Mizue Station.
