48th Adachi Fireworks Festival 第48回足立の花火

Senjuokawacho, Adachi City, Tokyo

2026-5-30

Your current location:

Northern Tokyo

Kita-Senju

The Adachi Fireworks Festival is one of the largest-scale firework displays in Tokyo and a comparatively early one, taking place in May. It's known for its concentrated intensity: some 13,000 fireworks are launched over the course of a single hour. The nonstop force of the fireworks may make you forget to blink. The climax is the "Double Niagara," two lines of waterfall-like fireworks spreading 250 meters across. The display will also feature laser beams. Watching the fireworks unfold before you, from along the nearby bank of the Arakawa River, will be sure to resonate deeply. Enjoy the magnificent fireworks on a comfortable night in May.
