Souvenirs from all over Japan and more at Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan

Tokyo Kotsukaikan is one of the Yurakucho shopping area's landmarks. The building is full of stores of all kinds, but most famous for the "antenna shops" on its lower floors. These are retail stores that sell local goods from all over Japan, many of which are only available in that area. These outposts for various prefectures offer local goods, travel information and free samples to give you a taste of each region. Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan also has an information center, a garden on its 3rd floor, and a rotating restaurant on its 15th floor—right at the top of the building.
