In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), various facilities around Tokyo may change their operating days or hours. In addition, some events may be canceled or postponed. Please check official facility or event websites for the latest updates and information.
On the southeastern corner of Shikinejima, you'll find the shimmering white sands of Ishijirogawa Beach. Home to a variety of different fish and other marine life, this strip of coast is a popular place for diving and snorkeling.
Once you're done in the water, head inland where you'll find a number of restaurants, stores, and onsen baths just a few minutes from the beach by foot.
For updated information on opening hours, closings, prices, and more, please check the official website or ask the facility directly.
