In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), various facilities around Tokyo may change their operating days or hours. In addition, some events may be canceled or postponed. Please check official facility or event websites for the latest updates and information.
Comprised of three separate but adjunct skyscraper and shopping zones (Muromachi 1, 2, and 3), Coredo Muromachi is an ambitious complex that includes a state-of-art cinema, tea ceremony center and event hall, late-night restaurants, and stores—some of them dating back centuries—showcasing the finest traditional crafts and gourmet foods from all over Japan.
It's the latter that sets Coredo Muromachi apart from its competitors. Aimed at celebrating the Nihonbashi area, and acknowledging the historical role it played as a bustling center of business and trade, shop here to find exquisite lacquerware, knives, ceramics and gourmet soy sauce, tea and confectionery.
For a small fee, you can take an English-run tasting tour of the mall's gourmet shops; visit the Nihonbashi Information Desk in the basement of Coredo Muromachi 1.
For updated information on opening hours, closings, prices, and more, please check the official website or ask the facility directly.
