Monchhichi Monument モンチッチモニュメント

Monchhichi was created by Sekiguchi Co., Ltd., located in Nishi-shin-koiwa, Katsushika City, in 1974. Katsushika City Office highlights and spreads the charms of the city Katsushika where you can see Monchhichi.

In January 2022, the Monchhichi Monument and Monchhichi - Konoyubitomare Statue are located at Shin-koiwa Station North Exit Square. People from far and wide love both of these symbols of Katsushika City.
In April 2022, Monchhichi Park (Nishi-shin-koiwa 5 chome Park) was expanded and reopened as a park where people can see Monchhichi. Besides, there are many other sightseeing spots in Katsushika where you can see Monchhichi. These include Monchhichi Design Manhole Covers and the Monchhichi Clock Tower.
