A spacious and comfortable executive standard double room

Royal Park Hotel features standard and executive floors, which guests can choose from according to their preferences and budgets.
Standard floors include Japanese-style rooms. Guests in these rooms can enjoy a quiet moment of sublimity as they open traditional sliding doors looking out onto the hotel’s sprawling Japanese gardens. There are also cypress wood bathtubs to relax in after a tiring day.
Executive floors are available for those who prefer an upgraded level of amenities and services. Executive floor guest rooms include a host of features geared towards the business traveler. In addition to breakfast and beverage/cocktail services in the executive lounge, guests can also avail themselves of late checkout, personalized attention from executive guest relation officers, and other specialized services.

The hotel offers its own Japanese, Western and Chinese restaurants

The Royal Park Hotel boasts several directly-managed restaurants, all of which are popular with locals and guests alike. There are six restaurants, offering Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine, as well as lounges, bars and a delicatessen.
Genjikoh, one of the hotel’s Japanese restaurants, overlooks a beautiful Japanese garden and offers vibrant seasonal cuisine, year-round. Guests can also enjoy fresh sushi made with authentic ingredients from throughout Japan, at sushi restaurant Yanone Sushi. There is also a teppan-yaki restaurant, Sumida, on the hotel’s top floor. At Sumida guests can take in the amazing view as chefs prepare Japanese beef and seafood dishes before their eyes. Other choices include Symphony, which offers a lunch buffet, and Palazzo, which specializes in French cuisine. With so many delicious options, it can be difficult to decide.

The spacious lobby

Royal Park Hyatt is a favorite among both overseas business executives and locals from the surrounding Nihombashi area. While much has changed since its opening, the hotel has always remained true to its slogan, to offer the “Best for the Guest.” Its over 500 staff members offer a scrupulous level of hospitality.
The hotel’s manual, which is distributed to all staff, includes detailed information on how to best serve its guests. Not limited to the facilities itself, the manual focuses on the importance of considering the customer’s point of view, covering the small touches necessary for an excellent stay.
Royal Park Hotel has always striven to adapt to the changing times and to customer needs, offering an absolutely meticulous level of service. The hotel’s dedication and sincerity has made them a favorite among many, with guests coming back to repeat their stay time and time again.

The executive lounge, on the hotel’s top floor

Royal Park Hotel renovated its executive lounge in late 2013, to ensure an even more pleasant stay for its guests. The lounge was enlarged and moved to the top floor, where the hotel’s most exquisite view can be found. They also increased their number of exclusive conference rooms, and opened the new Royal Park Executive Wine Bar. The hotel’s fusion of business and relaxation amenities cannot be beat.
