Former Tama Seiseki Memorial Hall 旧多摩聖蹟記念館

Sakuragaoka Park, 5-1-1 Renkoji, Tama City, Tokyo

This western-style memorial hall was built to commemorate Emperor Meiji’s multiple imperial visits to this area. Not only will you see statues of the emperor inside the hall, but also calligraphic works from the Edo period (1603-1867). Feel free to chill out with coffee and other refreshments at the cafe inside.
