Keio Takaosan Onsen/Gokurakuyu 京王高尾山温泉/極楽湯

A relaxing hot spring day spa at the foot of Mt. Takao

Right next to Takaosanguchi Station on the Keio Line, this Japanese-style onsen complex is the perfect place to relax and refresh after a hike up Mt. Takao, or as a destination on its own from Tokyo. It is easily accessible via direct train from Shinjuku Station.

At Keio Takaosan Onsen Gokurakuyu there are seven different types of baths and saunas in each of the men's and women's spa areas, including outdoor areas with hot baths and warm baths. There is also a restaurant and massage services on-site. Pamper yourself on your Tokyo trip with a soak in these curative geothermal waters.
