A library for all – enjoy the extensive collection of magazines and children’s books

This dual-purpose library offers the “Tokyo Magazine Bank,” which provides services drawing on the distinctive features of magazines, and the “Services for Children and Teenagers,” which promotes children’s reading activities in Tokyo. Of particular interest is its superb collection of first edition magazines. Visitors can also enjoy reading aloud to children in the “Little picture-book room.” The collection includes foreign magazines and children’s books.
