Kiyomigaoka Limestone Cave 清見ヶ岡鍾乳洞

Aza-Motochi, Hahajima, Ogasawara-mura, Tokyo

Located on the nature-blessed Hahajima Island, the Kiyomigaoka Limestone Cave is a small area of geological limestone deposits. After entering through the big wooden door, you will see a stalactite area and some banyan tree roots. You will need to apply for permission through the Hahajima Tourist Association prior to visiting this site.

How to Get There

  • Take Toei Bus running between JR Nippori Sta.‒Kinshicho Sta., get off at Ryusen stop, plus 2-min. walk.
  • 9-min. walk from the nearest stations, Iriya and Minowa Subway Sta. on Hibiya Line./

    Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal Sta.->Keikyu-kamata Sta. on Keikyu Airport Line->Sengakuji Sta. on Keikyu Line->Asakusa Sta. on Toei Asakusa Line->30-min. walk./

    15-min. walk from Asakusa View Hotel stop of Limousine Bus starting at Haneda Airport.
