Enjoy a full-fledged barbecue in Tokyo's great outdoors

On the banks of the Akigawa River and just minutes from Musashiitsukaichi Station, Akikawabashi River Park Barbecue Land is the perfect spot for a barbecue or outdoor party in the great outdoors. The park provides the barbecue equipment and the fuel, you bring the food and drink. That doesn't necessarily mean lugging it from the city; nearby shops are stocked, and if you can order in Japanese, a delivery service will bring you everything from mixed meat sets to kegs of beer. The park is closed Tuesdays, except between mid-July and the end of August. Barbecue Land gets particularly busy in the summertime.
